Arrival to Saigon (Ho Chi Minh City )
Departure from Saigon

Day 1: Arrival Saigon

Ben thanh market Meet upon arrival and transfer to your Hotel for check in.
Your hotel is right in the heart of the city. Very easy to reach the Ben Thanh market, shopping centers, restaurants...
Welcome cocktails in your room.
In the afternoon, car transfer or walking from your hotel for the City Hall, the main Theater, Dong Khoi Street, the main post office, and Notre Dame Church.
Enjoying a cup of Vietnamese coffee while seeing the busy life of Saigon.
Dinner on Bonsai cruise on Saigon River.

Day 2: Cu Chi City Tour

Cu chi tunnels - Vietnam By road from your hotel to the Hoc Mon District to visit the Cu Chi Tunnels, which is 70 kilometers North West of downtown Ho Chi Minh City. The Cu Chi Tunnels system was created around 1948 to assist Viet Minh in their combat with the French. Building continued over the next 25years until it was an underground city with living areas, kitchens, storage, weapons factories, field hospitals, command centers. In places, it could house up to 10,000 people who virtually lived underground for years.... getting married, raising children. During the American War the entire area of Cu Chi was designated a free fire zone and was heavily bombarded. From 1988, two sections of tunnels have been opened up for visitors.
Return to Saigon for lunch.
In the afternoon, a half day city tour for the reunification palace, the war museum.
Overnight in Saigon.

Day 3: Saigon cooking class

Cooking class in Saigon Today, you will join a professional cooking class
8:30 – 9:30 AM: Market visit:
A market visit with our Chef to a colorful market and a blending of ingredients and spices will help tourists to understand more food in Vietnam, and how to choose the appropriate ones.
9:30 – 12: 00: Cooking class participated:
The participants will not have only to cook with all prepared food as usual, but they have also to work in team, to put their hands on preparation with Chef, to learn to make simple Vegetable Carving before they enjoy their cooking.
In a few hours, tourists will learn how to cook the traditional dishes, to recognize different ingredients, to master the chopstick, to eat in Vietnamese style and they enjoy what they have cooked.
Back to Hotel for refreshing.
Rest of the day is free at leisure.
Overnight in Saigon.

Day 4: Mekong one day

Mekong delta - Vietnam After breakfast, drive to My Tho for Mekong Delta.
Take boat along the Phoenix island sight-seeing fish farms. Through Xếp canal in Bến Tre (land of coconuts) to See coconut collection set and how the locals make handicrafts from coconut trunk and shell. Enjoy seasonal fruits and listening to traditional music. Take the horse-cart on village path and stop at Mr Nam Ngô orchard, taste honey with tea or wine. See bees-breeding in wooden boxes under longans tree.
Take rowing-boat along water palm creek. Boat to see local people make coconut candy, taste candy (Special products of Bến Tre province).
Late lunch at a local restaurant in My Tho with Elephant eared fish specialty.
Back to Saigon around 4: 00 PM.
Car transfer you for sightseeing at Phu My Hung, the new city.
Enjoy a normal body massage before having dinner at a local restaurant.

Day 5: Saigon – Da Nang – Hoi An

Hoi An beach Flight Saigon – Da Nang in the morning.
Pick up and transfer to your hotel in Hoi An ancient town.
Hoi An is an ancient town, located 30 kilometers south of Danang city and lying on the bank of Thu Bon River. It used to be one of the most important trading ports of Southeast Asian in the 16th century, known among the western traders as "Faifo". Hoi An ancient town is very charming with the distinct Chinese and Japanese atmosphere as well as its traditional houses lining the narrow streets. Most of buildings are still in their original form, including ancient private houses, family chapels, community halls, communal houses, temples, pagodas, bridges, wells and tombs.
In the afternoon, depend on the hotel you have chosen, by foot or take a shuttle bus to the town for a walking tour through Hoi An ancient Town.
You may try to make a lantern then take it with you as a souvenir.
Dinner at Hai café restaurant with Vietnamese food.
Overnight in Hoi An.

Day 6: Hoi An – Cooking Class
 


Cooking Class in Hoi An 8:00 Am. Pick up for your cooking class at Red Bridge restaurant.
Visit Hoi An’s colourful market, and experience the amazing sights, sounds and aromas of this busy market. We will have the opportunity to interact with the local sellers and learn about all the ingredients to be used in the cooking lesson later.
We board the Red Bridge boat for a leisurely cruise (25 minutes) along the Hoi An River to the Red Bridge Cooking School. This is a chance to view local river life, so make sure your camera is handy.
On arrival, we explore the cooking school’s herb garden, before learning about some of Hoi An’s and Vietnam’s well-known dishes. The cooking lesson runs for about 2 hours – the Red Bridge chefs first demonstrate each dish before we prepare the same dish ourselves. Included in the class is a brief introduction to Vietnamese food carving (plate decoration). After the lesson, we sit down and eat what we have cooked.
Bring your swimsuit and after the cooking tour has finished relax and enjoy free use of our new 20 meters swimming pool.
Back to Hotel. Rest of the day is free at leisure.

Day 7: Hoi An – My Son

My Son - hoi an After breakfast you will be picked up and taken on a privately guided sightseeing tour of My Son (40 km south west of Hoi An). Nestled in a beautiful, lush valley, the Cham ruins date back to the 5th Century. Originally there were 70 buildings which fared well until the Viet Cong based themselves here in the 1960s - the Americans pounded the area, so only 20 monuments remain. My Son is considered to be Champa's equivalent to the grand cities of South-East Asia's other Indian-influenced civilizations such as Angkor, Bagan in Burma and Ayutthaya in Thailand.
On the way we visit local villagers who breed silkworms and weave silk. In the afternoon we take a boat trip on the graceful Thu Bon River and stop to visit the traditional ceramic and carpentry villages.
Dinner at the romantic Nam Long Restaurant.
Stay overnight in Hoi An.

Day 8: Hoi an – Hue

Lang co beach Drive over the spectacular Hai Van Pass to Hue, through the Marble Mountains (approx. 3 hrs) to your hotel.
A stop at Lang Co beach for enjoying the beautiful scenery.
Later there is a royal dinner. You can try to wear the royal clothes to become King, Queen.
Then: Enjoy the cruise on the Perfume River with traditional performance.

Day 9: Hue – Boat trip on Huong River & cooking class

Cooking class in Hue Enjoy the morning at your stay with “ Tai Chi” exercise or join in yoga class. ( at 5* Hotel)
After breakfast board a dragon boat for a cruise to Thien Mu Pagoda past the Imperial Citadel on the Perfume River. Founded in 1601, Thien Mu Pagoda has long been a focus for Buddhist protest against oppression. The Pagoda has a seven floor tower, each floor represents one of Buddha's incarnations on earth. Return to the city by car to visit the Imperial Citadel; built in the early 19th century. Following the same layout as Beijing's Forbidden City, the Citadel originally contained 148 buildings, 20 remain as a result of heavy bombing by the Americans. The Forbidden Purple City is within the Citadel and was reserved for the private life of the Emperor.
Lunch at local restaurant.
In the afternoon, enjoy a cooking class with our chef. You will choose 3 dishes for attending.
Savour your prepared dishes for your dinner.
Overnight in Hue

Day 10: Hue – Saigon

Flight to Saigon in the morning
Arrive Saigon. Pick up and transfer to Hotel.
Rest of the day is free at leisure.
Farewell dinner at a local restaurant.

Day 11: Departure

Transfer to the airport for the flight back home.
Check out at noon.
